Qualifikation
- Above-average degree in economics, international affairs, conflict management, psychology, or a related field
- Enthusiasm and passion for the topic of negotiation management - Own negotiation experience from previous professional work is desirable
- Comprehensive overview of various negotiation approaches/concepts, authors and general research in the field of negotiation management, knowledge of the Schranner Concept® is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in quantitative research and statistical data analysis using SPSS, Stata, R and/or Phython
- Very high commitment and willingness to learn
-Structured and analytical way of working, ability to grasp complex issues quickly
