Aufgaben
1.Managing the B2B trade communication2.Initiating and handling of internal & external campaigns 3.Keeping the local team up to date with any news, changes and developments
4.Organizing of events and representing Emirates
5.Supporting the Austrian and Slovakian travel agency community
6.Identifying of sales opportunities and contacting sales leads
7.Managing the chauffeur drive bookings of our premium customers
8.Booking and handling of product experience program (PEP) flights for our travel agents
9.Benchmarking
10.Accompanying the sales team to meetings
11.Assisting with administrative tasks
Qualifikation
- Fluent in German and English- Sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in an organized, independent and structured manner
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus
